Contingent Assets is looking for Controller with experience with a retail, dealership sales & construction. The ideal candidate has experience in construction equipment sales and helping a company scale for growth. Understanding how to work within a small, dynamic & growing company is a plus.
This is an immediate hire.
Requirements:
- Controller & VP Finance
- Create Internal Controls, KPI, Dash Boards
- Establish Month End Process
- Oversee All Accounting Activities - GAAP
- Ability Scale Growth, Integrate New Markets Into Accounting Systems
- WIP, Financial Reporting, Earned Revenue Reporting
- Inventory Auditing & Accounting
- Construction Retail & Services
- Experience With Derivative Accounting
- Equipment Or Car Dealership Experience
- CPA (Preferred)
- Strong Financial Analysis, FP&A Modeling
- NetSuite Experience (Preferred)
- B.S. Accounting
- $130K - $165K
