Industry Partnership Support Officer

This is a remote position. We are looking for a proactive and organised Industry Partnership Support Officer to support industry engagement, programme coordination, and administrative operations. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to help deliver successful industry projects and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include industry liaison & administration, research & partner engagement, and marketing & programme support. Key focus areas are delivering high-quality administrative and stakeholder support, maintaining strong partner engagement and communication, supporting efficient programme delivery and operations, and contributing to continuous improvement and team collaboration. Requirements include strong communication and organisational skills, experience in administration, customer support, recruitment, or stakeholder engagement, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, comfort using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Zoom, and digital tools, attention to detail with good problem-solving skills, experience in marketing, social media, or content support is an advantage, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms is beneficial. Work environment and expectations include discipline and commitment to set working hours, use of time tracking software during work hours, active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON, consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift, treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task. Payroll is processed bi-monthly. Benefits include monthly salary, salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis, extra pay for overtime and Philippines public holidays, probation, HMO offered after 6-months probation, eligible for 13th month pay after 30 days, annual salary review, laptop provided after 30 days, permanent work-from-home role, and shift times from 5:00PM to 2:00AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday (UK shift).
