- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
- Monthly Bonus Potential
- 45-hour work week
- 50-100 hours of PTO annually
- 6 paid holidays with time-and-a-half pay

- Lead and manage daily store operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Drive exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for every guest.
- Manage labor and food costs to optimize profitability while maintaining high standards.
- Lead/assist in training and developing staff to ensure strong team performance and individual growth.
- Handle inventory and ordering to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
- Achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Knowledge of Labor and Food Cost management is required.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment.

- No late-night hours - we close at 9 PM every day!
