IT Procurement Specialist What you’ll do:Contract Management & Negotiation – Manage contract lifecycles in Coupa, including new contracts, renewals, and RFPs. Engage with business stakeholders and vendors, review contract terms, and negotiate pricing and scope.Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration – Gather missing information, work with legal, data privacy, risk, and insurance teams, and facilitate discussions with vendors to finalize agreements.Project Management & Execution – Handle multiple projects at different phases, from information gathering to contract execution, ensuring smooth approval workflows and timely renewals.Who you are:5+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience – Strong negotiation skills with software (SaaS) and hardware contracts (e.g., Microsoft, ServiceNow, Cisco).Strong Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Ability to work in ambiguity, gather missing details, and keep projects moving despite incomplete information.Multi-Project Execution – Experience managing new contracts, RFPs, and renewals simultaneously (typically 8+ projects at once).What’s Next:Please email your resume directly to if you are interested.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.The expected range for this role is $48-50/hr.
