Registered Nurse - Step Down Float PoolStep Down experience required; prior travel experience required. Ratios: 1:5 to 6. BLS & ACLS required. Floating REQUIRED, float between medical floor, stepdown/ICU and surg/onc. Stepdown experience required, with ICU experience preferred. The patients that we would have these RNs float down to care for would be more of the stepdown variety than a heavy ICU type patient. EMR: Epic. HWL prescreen with manager direct interview and offer. 200 mile radius rule. ALL RTO or schedule request must be on submission, HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule request after submission.
