You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and enhancement of energy programs, contributing to Honeywell Building Automation’s mission to provide safe, energy-efficient, sustainable, and productive building solutions. Your leadership will ensure program quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, supporting the company’s growth in the energy sector. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, subject to applicable plan terms and company policies.
