Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Perform mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical assembly of products, subassemblies, and equipment
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, production documentation, and manufacturing specifications
• Wire electrical panels, harnesses, relays, switches, and control systems as required
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and company standards
• Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or production issues
• Maintain accurate production and assembly records
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, and work throughout a scheduled shift
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
