White Stone, VirginiaHiring Range$64,200.00 - $88,275.00/Annual Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.OverviewResponsible for the management of a medical practice and direct supervision of office staff to include: scheduling, performance, operational workflows, hiring, onboarding and retention of staff and providers, payroll, customer service, access to care, referral and authorization processes, compliance with relevant payor policies and guidelines, time of service collections, chart audits as appropriate and operational expenses.What you will doAssures that customer service is a primary focus of the practice. Uses information from patient satisfaction surveys and other tools to create a healing environment and improve patient experience. Resolves concerns and responds to complaints related to care, access and service. Patient scheduling and wait times meet RMG metrics. Creates a safe work environment and reports safety events.Responsible for revenue capture, reconciliation, and other financial aspects of the practice such as staffing levels/training, payroll, cash/account management.Operates the practice in accordance with all RHS and RMG policies and procedures. Identifies opportunities to improve operations. Resolves concerns and responds to issues. Collaborates with practice director on office operations and management including human and material resources.Responsible for direct supervision of offer staff to include hiring, training and performance management.
