Member Services Advocate
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing specialized case management and advocacy, the full-time Member Services Advocate will manage a member caseload remotely, focusing on enhancing the member experience and facilitating issue resolution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Manage assigned member caseload using a high-touch advocacy model to promote engagement and satisfaction Coordinate and resolve elevated member issues with a sense of urgency, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns Facilitate communication and collaboration with members, clients, and legal representatives to ensure timely resolution of issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree Experience in client-focused solutions within billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
