Customer Service Advocate II

Providing exceptional support in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Service Advocate II will manage inquiries from members, providers, and brokers regarding product information, claims resolution, and eligibility while delivering education on health and financial programs. Key responsibilities Resolve inquiries from members, providers, and brokers through effective communication and research Document client interactions and maintain accurate customer records in accordance with departmental procedures Participate in system testing and ongoing education related to new services and industry topics Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3 years of customer service experience Experience in a call center environment or familiarity with medical/insurance terminology is preferred Proficiency in PC navigation and data entry Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
