Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position home based in Murfreesboro, TN, for Roof Coatings Foreman & Installers. The role involves overseeing and coordinating roofing projects, managing teams, and ensuring that installations meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include successfully following scopes of work. Leading and helping crew in coatings installations. skills to effectively install and repair roofing systems. Effective communication with team members and clients is essential to ensure successful project completion. Positively pushing team to maintain and exceed production schedule. Strategically managing daily operations to drive efficiency through weather and unforeseen challenges. Qualifications Supervisory Skills: Candidates should have experience managing and coordinating teams to ensure timely and quality project execution. Heavy Equipment Operations: Proficiency in handling and maintaining roofing-related heavy machinery is required. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to clearly communicate with team members, customers and leadership to ensure smooth operations. Physical Fitness: Must be able to work in outdoor environments, perform physically demanding tasks, and work at heights safely. Previous experience in roofing or a related field is an asset.
