Overview A law firm seeks an Employment and Labor Associate with at least two years of litigation and/or transactional experience in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of California law and experience in advising clients and litigating employment matters, including class/representative actions and single plaintiff cases. Responsibilities Advise clients on employment and labor law matters. Litigate employment cases, including class actions and single plaintiff cases. Collaborate effectively with team members. Draft and review legal documents with precision. Requirements Minimum of two years of relevant legal experience. Knowledge of California employment law. Experience in litigation and transactional work. Strong writing and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the California State Bar. Skills Excellent legal research and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
