As a Senior Associate Attorney in the General Liability division, you will be instrumental in managing and litigating general liability cases right from their commencement to their conclusion, whether through settlement or trial. This remote role demands an in-depth understanding of general liability and insurance defense law, exceptional litigation prowess, and an uncompromising dedication to client service and the firm's values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of general liability matters.
• Represent clients effectively in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense and general liability.
