Overview CSI is hiring an On-site Recruiting Specialist! We offer weekly pay between $22.00 - $24.00 per hour! Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment efforts for our Miami office. This is a hybrid position based in the Miami, FL area. Candidates must be able to attend the local office, community events, networking functions, and job fairs on an as-needed basis, typically 1-2 times per week. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements. When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals. Qualifications: What You'll Bring: Proficient computer skills, including MS Office. Professional communication and organization skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license. Access to insured and reliable transportation. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required One (1) to two (2) years of previous home care experience Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred Physical Requirements: Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
