Key Responsibilities: Pre-operative: Prepare patients and answer questions. Intra-operative: Assist surgeons, pass instruments, monitor patient. Post-operative: Manage recovery, monitor for complications, educate patients. Maintain a safe and efficient OR environment. Requirements: RN license in state of assignment. BLS required; surgical/OR experience preferred.
