Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one promptly)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA strongly preferred
• Experience in a school setting, particularly with early childhood populations
• Strong collaborative and communication skills for multidisciplinary team environments
• Sound knowledge of IEP development, progress tracking, and compliance processes
• Comfortable managing caseloads independently (no SLPA support provided)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to assigned students
• Conduct assessments, design intervention plans, and implement therapy targeting student-specific needs
• Develop and maintain effective IEPs in collaboration with teachers and families
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting supports as needed for optimal outcomes
• Communicate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster student success
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required
