What You’ll Do Review and process submitted forms and documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Reconcile, report, process and validate cash and securities transactions. Research and resolve discrepancies between DTCC, transfer agents, and contra firms. Review reports and exception queues to ensure accurate posting of dividend payments, reversals, fractional liquidations, dividend reinvestments, and related adjustments. Support Proxy Shareholder Communications, including researching and responding to advisor inquiries and escalations.
