Operations Data Coordinator

Energeo has been partnering with clients in Greenwood, Plainfield, Whitestown, Brownsburg and other Indianapolis surrounding areas since 2006. We work directly with clients to recruit the best possible candidates that meet their unique needs.

We are currently looking for an Operations Data Coordinator you will focus on maintaining accurate employee, client, placement, scheduling, and operational records while supporting recruiters and account managers with timely data.

Responsiblities

• Enter and maintain employee, candidate, client, and placement information in internal systems.
• Update staffing schedules, assignment records, availability, and status changes.
• Review records for missing, duplicate, or inaccurate information.
• Prepare routine operational reports and spreadsheets.
• Track onboarding documentation and employment records.
• Coordinate data between recruiting, payroll, operations, and client-service teams.
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation.
• Assist with timesheet, attendance, and assignment-related data.
• Perform data verification and quality-control checks.
• Handle confidential employee and client information appropriately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage repetitive data tasks accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, administrative, or operations experience is helpful but not necessarily required.
