Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1713.60/week - Job Summary: Provide expert emergency nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department. Deliver high-quality, compassionate treatment while working collaboratively with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately to determine priority and acuity. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient interactions, assessments, and care provided accurately in the EMR system. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment consistent with hospital policies. Respond effectively to emergency situations, including trauma and code responses. Qualifications: Possess at least 2 years of current ER or trauma nursing experience. Hold valid CPR, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and STABLE certifications. Demonstrate proficiency in emergency procedures, trauma, stroke, and sepsis management. Exhibit strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Show a positive attitude, team-player mentality, and professional appearance. Experience with Meditech EMR system preferred.
