Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

$25 an hr.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Scheduling Assistant to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our production operations accurate, on time, and efficient. You will be responsible for creating daily production schedules, checking material availability, tracking product programs, and communicating directly with team members regarding product needs or delays. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and possesses strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Scheduling & Tracking: Create, update, and continuously adjust production schedules to maintain continuous workflow and meet strict deadlines.

· Material Verification: Check inventory and verify material availability before schedules are finalized to prevent operational bottlenecks.

· Communication: Actively communicate product needs, inventory shortages, and schedule delays to management and production teams.

· Program Oversight: Track product programs and monitor progress to ensure accuracy and adherence to manufacturing standards.

· Schedule Adjustments: Rapidly adapt and re-prioritize schedules in response to material delays, rush orders, or equipment downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, or general manufacturing.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

· Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.

· Environment Fit: Proven ability to work and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing setting.

· Core Competencies: Strong organizational habits, keen attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
