Ricart Automotive, a family-owned dealership since 1953, is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
- Create accurate repair orders and service estimates
- Communicate updates and recommendations clearly
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid Ohio driver's license required
