Job Overview Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. They ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned. Pay: $20.00 per hour + Tips + Bonus. Five Guys is committed to a high‑energy, customer‑focused environment with a top‑tiered service approach. Responsibilities Direct daily restaurant operations and supervise staff during shifts. Maintain compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, and customer relations. Handle restaurant maintenance, inventory management, and other assigned duties. Lead and motivate the team to meet performance and quality goals.
