Key Responsibilities


As a Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing apartment units to ensure they remain in excellent condition. This includes addressing issues related to painting, sheetrock repair, plumbing, and electrical systems. Training will be provided for candidates who are eager to expand their skill set.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting and repairing sheetrock.
• Address minor plumbing issues, including leaks and clogs.
• Conduct basic electrical repairs, such as fixing light fixtures and outlets.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas.
• Collaborate with management and tenants to resolve maintenance concerns efficiently.
