Ascentist Healthcare is entering an exciting period of growth, and we're seeking compassionate, skilled registered nurses to join our expanding surgical team at our physician-owned non-emergency hospital and Hospital Outpatient Procedure Department (HOPD) in Leawood, Kansas.

As a circulator RN, you'll be an essential member of our surgical team, coordinating patient care throughout the perioperative experience and serving as the primary patient advocate in the operating room. Working closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff, you'll help ensure safe, efficient surgical procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and quality. Your impact as a circulator RN:

• Serve as the patient's advocate throughout the operative process
• Ensure proper operating room preparation, equipment availability, and adherence to sterile technique
• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and positioning throughout procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members
• Support efficient case flow while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care
• Contribute to exceptional surgical outcomes through clinical expertise, critical thinking, and teamwork

Job type: Full-time

Location: Leawood, KS

Salary range: Final compensation is negotiable and dependent on experience, education, certifications, and market alignment.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k plan, plus optional benefits

Schedule: M-F, 4 - 9.5hr days, no weekends

Experience: Minimum of 1 year circulator/surgical is preferred
