Operations AssociateLocation: Richmond, VA Department: Operations Position Range: $50,000 – $60,000This full-time, non-exempt position supports the Operations Department through system administration and entitlement management, including NetX360 access, account and asset servicing, financial advisor transitions, and coordination with internal departments and external vendors.Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Manage system platform entitlements and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracyProcess a variety of account and asset servicing transactions, including involvement in on-site financial advisor transitionsRun and build system platform reports as neededServe as a liaison among firm departments and vendors, including Client Services and/or PCTD, to resolve technical issuesCollaborate with co-workers to deliver solutions to support operational needs as they ariseMaintain records and files as requiredPerform other responsibilities and projects as neededQualifications:College degree and/or equivalent work experience requiredPrior experience with platform access entitlements preferredGeneral understanding of basic accounting conceptsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ProductsSelf-directed, resourceful, and able to exercise sound judgmentStrong communication skills, including timely issue escalationOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize competing demandsAbility to adapt to and work within a changing, moderately noisy work environmentBrokerage industry knowledge and experience a plusSalary & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefit program, including safe harbor 401(k) contribution, profit sharing plan, disability and life insurance, high-deductible health plan with a HSA, an on-site Health Center, Paid Time Off and elective dental benefits. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
