AP Claims Processor (Contract) Boca Raton, FL (Onsite) Are you detail-oriented and experienced in payment processing or accounts payable? We're seeking an AP Claims Processor for a short-term contract opportunity with a growing organization in Boca Raton. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and problem-solving. Position Details Location: Boca Raton, FL (Onsite) Pay Rate: $22.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Duration: Approximately 1-3 months Start Date: ASAP Overtime may be required Responsibilities Review and verify claims payment requests for accuracy Validate payment amounts and coding information Confirm payee details against policy documents and contracts Review prior payments and identify discrepancies Communicate with claims personnel to resolve payment issues Document discrepancies and support timely payment processing Respond to inquiries regarding checks and payment status Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures Qualifications 1-2 years of accounting, accounts payable, payment processing, or related experience Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Why Apply?
