The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead, coach, and motivate employees in a fast-paced environment to ensure strong performance and store success.Job SummaryThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and overall store performance.
