RPA Developer

Job Description We are looking for an energetic RPA developer to join our team. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. You'll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs. To be successful, you'll need good experience in Automation Anywhere. Mush Have: Analyze new process automation candidates, quickly assessing the feasibility and accurately estimate development effort Configure new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand Apply RPA workflow design best practices when developing or maintaining workflows Create and document test cases for negative scenarios, in order to document workflow behavior when certain systems malfunction, as well as performance scenarios, in order to stress test systems behavior Review workflows developed by other RPA Developers to ensure compliance with internal control/security / audit requirements Monitor test scenarios outcomes and ensure the timely resolution of errors throughout development, testing and post-implementation Support the operational teams during the UAT and rollout phases Provide maintenance to production workflows by ensuring second level support for workflow incidents; investigate reported errors, agree on error severity and propose resolution For workflow support tasks, respect SLAs agreed with business for workflow downtime Report issues to third level support (RPA vendor) if incidents cannot be solved by the internal team; ensure development fix, unit testing, and production deployment preparation Configure enhancements /change requests to already automated processes Education A BS/BA in an engineering area or equivalent work experience in a technical environment. Qualifications Strong Automation Anywhere Solutions implementation experience Minimum of 3 years designing, developing, deploying, and supporting RPA with AA Minimum of 3 years of experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server etc. Minimum of 3 year Bachelor's degree on Information Technology/Software or an equivalent degree 3 years of experience with SOA Integration technologies to include one of the following; Web Services, XML, API's. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Development concepts (OOPs Concepts, Software Life cycle, Development of web applications and maintenance) Experience in Agile methodologies is a requirement.
