Medical Director for our Healthcare Provider Services

Compensation: $300,000 - $450,000
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance and 401K with a match program.

Schedule : PTO, Monday through Friday, Hybrid

Qualifications of the Medical Director:

• Medical degree (MBChB) with valid registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
• Minimum 8–10 years’ clinical experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical governance, and quality assurance standards

Responsibilities of the  Medical Director:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to medical standards
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, protocols, and governance frameworks
• Lead and support medical staff performance, including recruitment, training, and continuous professional development
