We're a certified Great Place to Work and ranked among Fortune's Best Workplaces in Aging Services!We are now seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team as Health & Wellness Director!What you'll do:* Responsible for overseeing the Health & Wellness Department and the care of our residents.* Health assessment and services planning for all of the community residents.* Coordination for residents' health needs from the health care community and vendors.* Manage a staff of professionals through supervision, education, and support.* Establish staffing guidelines to provide all requested services for residents.What you'll bring:* Demonstrated evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience.* Baccalaureate degree in health-related field recommended.* Nursing required, RN preferred.What we offer:Our benefits package is one of the best in the business.
