Role Summary

National Tank & Equipment (NTE), an Atlas Copco Group company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead practical, revenue-focused marketing efforts that strengthen brand visibility, support sales growth, and improve customer engagement.

This role will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and leadership to plan and execute marketing campaigns, sales tools, product messaging, and customer communication strategies that generate qualified leads and support measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, mid-level marketing professional with at least five years of B2B marketing experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to turn market insights into campaigns that create revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that create awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing plans with commercial priorities, target accounts, and growth opportunities.
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion activity, and return on marketing investment.
• Identify customer segments, market opportunities, and competitive trends that support profitable growth.

Product Marketing & Market Intelligence

• Build clear product positioning, customer messaging, and value propositions for NTE equipment, services, and applications.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research toidentifytrends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Create sales enablement tools, competitive comparison materials, and customer-facing content that support new business opportunities.
• Translate technical product information into practical, customer-focused messaging.

Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

• Support sales teams with customer presentations, account research, industry insights, and campaign materials.
• Use Salesforce to manage campaign activity,monitorlead flow, track opportunities, and provide actionable reporting.
• Develop marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, customer success stories, and proposal support materials.
• Participate in customer visits, strategic account reviews, trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed.

Brand, Digital Marketing & Communications

• Plan and manage digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, website content, social media, SEO, and targeted promotions.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across customer-facing materials, internal communications, and sales tools.
• Support company announcements, internal communication needs, and employee engagement messaging when needed.
• Prepare reports on marketing KPIs, campaign outcomes, and business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and leadership to support business priorities.
• Manage marketing projects from concept through execution while balancing multiple deadlines.
• Support pricing, product portfolio, market expansion, and commercial growth initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive B2B marketing experience .
• Proven experience building marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to turn market data, customer insights, and business needs into clear marketing actions.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, field-focused business environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial equipment rental, construction, manufacturing, energy services, environmental services, or similar B2B industries.
• Master’s degree a plus (MBA or equivalent)
• Experience supporting multi-location sales teams or field-based commercial organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM , including lead management, campaign tracking, reporting, and pipeline analytics.
• Experience with RentalMan ERP software is a plus.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, social media management, email campaigns, and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or other reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Experience supporting product launches, market expansion plans, and go-to-market strategies.
