Duties Manage substantive aspects of litigation cases. Collaborate with experienced attorneys on case strategy and management. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions. Handle all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions. Requirements 3 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience. Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong advocacy skills and excellent judgment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong academic performance and superior analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Clerkship experience preferred, but not required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar. Skills Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
