As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, people-first, team-focused, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and communicate site access requirements in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Report hazards, damaged property, unusual conditions, and policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision for follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
