As the Corporate HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic HR plans that support our organizational objectives. Your leadership will enhance performance management and training programs, ensuring our team remains competitive and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with company goals.
- Lead performance management processes to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Design and execute training and development programs that support career growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements.

- Proven experience in performance management and training and development.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience in managing HR projects and cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Experience in change management within a corporate setting.
