Senior Analytics Engineer

To support data infrastructure and business insights, the full-time remote Senior Analytics Engineer will manage the end-to-end data pipeline, collaborate with teams to translate business questions into analytical workflows, and mentor data analysts to enhance their capabilities. Key responsibilities Build, manage, and optimize data pipelines and models in BigQuery, ensuring data integrity and performance Collaborate with various teams to translate business requests into actionable data projects and maintain scalable reporting structures Act as a mentor for data analysts, establishing best practices for analytics processes and fostering a high-performance engineering culture Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analysis, or related data roles Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt for building scalable data models Strong experience managing cloud data warehouses, specifically BigQuery Proven track record with Fivetran or similar ingestion tools and business intelligence platforms like Looker/LookML Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Virtual Vocations Inc
