Class Experience Lead

Overview The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience. Responsibilities Mentor, develop, and coach team members to achieve the best experiences. Manage spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and have the right scent. Member connection: weekly check-ins with Concierge Manager, work at the front desk, walk the café and workout floor. Update class content on the club Facebook group. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1 year of leadership or management experience National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification Fitness and Nutrition Certification Pay This is an hourly position with wages starting at $22.25 and pays up to $29.75, based on experience and qualifications.
