Imaging Production Specialist

Great Entry-Level Opportunity for Recent High School Graduates!
Looking to start your career in an office setting? We're hiring Imaging Production Specialists to join a team that processes and organizes important documents. No mortgage experience is required. If you're comfortable using a computer, have good attention to detail, and enjoy staying busy, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

• Prepare documents for scanning
• Scan paperwork into the computer system
• Review digital documents and identify document types
• Enter information accurately into a database
• Work with multiple computer screens and programs
• Maintain quality and productivity standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Typing skills of 40+ WPM preferred
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and multitask
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Bonus Experience

• Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook
• Data entry, administrative, retail, customer service, or office experience
• Mortgage or banking experience (not required)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arden Hills, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
