Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Odessa, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.34 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production-adjacent areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site policies, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports. Observe and report unusual conditions, hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
