Customer Service Representative
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a growing healthcare team. In this role, you will support members and providers by responding to inquiries related to health insurance benefits, claims, and eligibility.

Onsite Role
Contract-to-Hire
Shifts Available: Between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 5060 inbound calls per day from members and healthcare providers
- Assist with inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility
- Navigate multiple systems to research and provide accurate information
- Document all interactions clearly and efficiently
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely customer support
- Resolve issues while meeting internal quality and service standards
Work Environment
- Fully onsite role (hybrid may be considered after 90 days based on performance)
- Call center setting with structured workflows
Schedule & Training
- Training (first 3 weeks):
- 30 hours per week
- Shift assigned during first week of training
- Post-training schedule:
- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Candidates must be flexible to work any shift within this timeframe
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of recent call center customer service experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel)
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
