We provide the training you need to succeed.What We OfferStarting pay of $15.00 per hourPaid trainingNo previous food industry experience requiredConsistent first-shift schedulePaid vacation, holidays, and sick leaveMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHSA contributionFree telehealth servicesFamily-owned, team-focused work environmentYour ScheduleFirst Shift: 6:45 AM to 4:00 PM5-6 days per weekMonday through Friday, plus one weekend dayApproximately 40-55 hours per weekWhat You'll DoAs a Processing & Packaging Associate, you'll play an important part in keeping our daily egg-processing operation running smoothly and ensuring our products meet Nature Pure's quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Package eggs according to company quality standardsMonitor date codes to ensure they are correct and clearly legibleInspect products and remove items that do not meet quality standardsSafely and accurately stack palletsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workstationWork with automated processing systems and plant equipmentAssist team members throughout the shift to keep production moving efficientlyPerform daily cleaning of equipment, buildings, and work areasComplete required documentation and production recordsWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need previous egg-processing or food-industry experience to apply.
