Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer with experience in food, beverage, dairy, or similar manufacturing environments. This individual will focus on improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, supporting aseptic operations, and driving improvements in safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, reliability, and throughput
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and lead root cause investigations
• Support aseptic processing, sanitary manufacturing, and contamination control practices
• Lead or support process validation, equipment commissioning, and IQ/OQ/PQ activities
• Work with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams on process improvements
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities to reduce downtime, waste, and variability
• Support process equipment, instrumentation, controls, piping, and automation systems
• Develop and update SOPs, process documentation, and validation protocols
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, FDA, and company quality requirements

Qualifications

• Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing
• Strong process troubleshooting and continuous improvement experience
• Experience with sanitary or aseptic manufacturing processes preferred
• Knowledge of process validation, commissioning, or IQ/OQ/PQ preferred
• Familiarity with PLCs, instrumentation, sensors, temperature controls, or process automation is a plus
• Experience with HACCP, SQF, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or CAPA is a plus

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
• Some nights/weekends may be required for on-call production support

This is a Permanent position based out of Lathrop, CA.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lathrop,CA.
