We are looking for an energetic, results-driven General Manager to lead our store operations, build a rockstar team, and create an exceptional guest experience every shift.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Hire & Train: Recruit, onboard, and coach high-energy Team Members and Shift Leaders.
• Build Culture: Foster a fun, positive, and accountable work environment where team members feel valued and supported.
• Performance Management: Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and promote internal growth opportunities.

Store Operations & Brand Standards

• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and personalized service tailored to their health and wellness goals.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store workflows, opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and food safety standards (ServSafe compliance).
• Inventory & Quality: Manage product inventory, supplier orders, waste tracking, and ensure 100% adherence to recipe and portion guidelines.

Financial Performance & Growth

• P&L Management: Drive sales growth and control operational costs (labor matrix, cost of goods, controllable expenses).
• Scheduling: Create optimized weekly staff schedules based on labor targets and projected sales volume.
• Local Marketing: Execute brand promotions, community outreach, and local store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of leadership/management experience in quick-service restaurant (QSR), retail, or hospitality environments.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality preferred).
• Certifications: Valid ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling/inventory software, and basic office applications.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
• Traits: Passionate about health and fitness, organized, composed under pressure, and a proactive problem-solver.
