We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join their IT team. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, designing, and developing computer software applications while maintaining and upgrading existing systems to support the department's software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Crystal Reports, Widgets, Forms, Power Apps, and .NET applications/services
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for Microsoft SQL Server
- Analyze customer information needs and business problems to determine efficient systems solutions
- Function as IT subject matter expert for assigned application areas
- Provide development support for assigned tasks while maintaining existing systems and applications
- Work within a team environment in both lead and subordinate positions depending on project scope
- Ensure quality development and operation of assigned tasks using standard programming languages
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in .NET development and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Crystal Reports, Widgets, Forms, and Power Apps
- Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
