Housing Navigation & Outreach Specialist for Families
SALVATION ARMY
The Salvation Army is seeking a Housing Navigation/Housing Support Specialist in Louisville, KY, to deliver strength-based case management for families in the Family Emergency Shelter (FES). The role focuses on securing housing, resolving barriers, and connecting clients with community resources, while monitoring progress and teaching Life Skills.
