Job Details What You’ll Do: Lead a litigation caseload and drive cases to successful resolutions Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members Draft, review, and proofread critical litigation documents, including complaints, discovery, motions, and memos Represent clients in court hearings and trials Collaborate with attorneys and staff throughout the litigation process Stay on top of key litigation deadlines and events Perform data entry, run reports, and forecast case movement Support administrative duties, including electronic filing, managing case files, and organizing logistics Assist with billing tasks as necessary What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience as a Senior Family Law Attorney with strong expertise in family law Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and handle tasks with minimal oversight Proven experience with Santa Clara Superior Court and family law procedures Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ready to thrive in a remote role with a supportive team?
