Digital Marketing Manager

Job PurposeThis position will be responsible for driving measurable growth across digital channels by planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, leveraging data, audience insights, and emerging technologies to improve performance and scalability. A key focus is the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness, streamline workflows, and support business objectives.Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible forleading the digital marketing strategy and execution of communications and marketing to support the GBUs’ marketing strategies and sales targets. Key areas of responsibility include:Digital Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goalsTranslate commercial priorities into channel-specific plans (paid media, SEO, content, email, social)Partner with sales, communications, and product teams to support integrated campaignsDefine KPIs and measurement frameworks tied to pipeline, engagement, and conversion outcomesCampaign Execution & Optimization Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and webOversee campaign setup, targeting, creative alignment, and performance trackingContinuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, A/B testing, and conversion analysisManage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines to ensure delivery against targetsMarketing Technology & Tools Implementation Evaluate, select, and implement digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM integrations, analytics, SEO tools, campaign management platforms)Lead onboarding and adoption of new technologies across the marketing teamDesign scalable workflows and automation processes to improve efficiency and consistencyEnsure seamless integration between tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, content management systems, and sales platforms)Stay informed on emerging technologies, AI applications, and industry trends to drive innovationContent & Digital ExperienceCollaborate with content and brand teams to develop high-performing digital contentEnsure consistency in messaging, brand voice, and user experience across channelsSupport website optimization initiatives, including SEO, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimizationGuide content personalization strategies based on audience segmentation and behaviorsStakeholder Collaboration & Enablement Work cross-functionally with commercial teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goalsProvide guidance on digital best practices to internal stakeholdersSupport sales enablement initiatives through targeted digital campaigns and toolsCommunicate performance results and recommendations clearly to leadershipCross‑Functional LeadershipAct as a strategic partner to Sales leadership while balancing enterprise standards and governanceAlign enablement priorities with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Customer teamsFacilitate feedback loops between the field and content/tool owners to drive ongoing improvementYou are meant for this job if:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience), Masters preferred5 - 7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or related rolesProven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable resultsExperience implementing and managing marketing technology platforms and integrationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsHands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), SEO platforms, and paid media toolsFamiliarity with marketing automation concepts; experience with ABM strategies is a strong advantageStrong project management and organizational skillsPrefer candidates with prior management experience Skills
