Primary Care / Family Medicine Physician or Provider (MD, DO, NP)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Primary Care Provider (MD, DO, or NP) to join our rapidly growing integrative health clinic. Our practice combines evidence-based primary care with osteopathic principles, integrative medicine, lifestyle medicine, and preventive healthcare. Schedule

• Full-time position
• Four (4) days per week
• Eight (8) hours per day
• Flexible scheduling
• No evenings or weekends required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and lifestyle-based interventions
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the whole person
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of integrative healthcare professionals
• Educate and empower patients to actively participate in their health and wellness goals
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Qualifications

Required

• Current licensure as an MD, DO, or Nurse Practitioner
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or related specialty
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Experience in family medicine and primary care
• Training or experience in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM)
• Interest in integrative, functional, or lifestyle medicine
• Appreciation for osteopathic principles and whole-person healthcare
• Desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
