Our reputation is built on reliability, rapid communication, and the ability to execute complex landscape management plans from water conservation strategies to large-scale enhancements with precision and professionalism.Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Commercial Landscape Account Manager with a minimum of three years of experience to manage a portfolio of commercial properties. This role serves as the strategic partner to Property Managers and Asset Managers, ensuring landscapes are safe, visually appealing, compliant, and maintained within budget.This position requires a balance of relationship management, horticultural expertise, sales execution, and administrative precision. The Account Manager operates comfortably in both corporate environments (client meetings, networking events) and field settings (site audits, flagging, quality control), while maintaining accurate data and pipelines in ASPIRE software program.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management & RetentionServe as the primary point of contact for assigned Property ManagersBuild long-term client relationships through regular engagement, including site meetings, business lunches, and client appreciation effortsRepresent the company at industry banquets, award ceremonies, and networking events to strengthen brand presenceProactively communicate site issues, service concerns, and resolutions with transparency and urgencySales, Budgeting & EnhancementsPropose, track, and secure approval for annual budgeted items, including hardwood pruning, seasonal flowers, winter overseeding, and olive sprayingIdentify enhancement opportunities and manage the full project lifecycle: planning, site flagging, execution review, and accurate invoicingUtilize Property Intel and Maricopa County Assessor maps to create accurate enhancement maps and proposalsMaintain active sales pipelines in ASPIRE for divisional opportunities such as, irrigation, enhancements, tree trimming, chemical applications & storm damage servicesConfirm completed work and assist with invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billingField Operations & Quality ControlConduct regular “walk and review” site audits to identify maintenance deficiencies, safety hazards, and sales opportunitiesAssess irrigation system performance, report malfunctions, prepare Irrigation Assessment proposals, and invoice completed workPerform immediate post-storm property assessments and propose cleanup or replacement services as neededSupport operations with material purchasing, deliveries, and occasional installation of warranty plants or small seasonal flower quantitiesPrepare and submit rotation maps to maintenance managers to improve crew efficiencyUpload and maintain accurate property maps and documentation in the company Drive for field team accessQualificationsRequiredMinimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Landscape Account Management or SalesStrong knowledge of Arizona desert plant material, maintenance cycles, pruning standards, and olive fruit suppressionAbility to read and interpret Maricopa County Assessor maps and site plansValid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving recordPreferredHands-on experience with ASPIRE landscape softwareProficiency with Property Intel, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based file systems (Google Drive or SharePoint)Key CompetenciesDetail-Oriented: High accuracy in administrative workflows, invoicing, mapping, and pipeline managementProfessional Communicator: Confident verbal and written communication with Property Managers and Asset OwnersAdaptable: Comfortable transitioning between corporate settings and hands-on fieldworkCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $65,000 Base, Plus Commission 65K-125KCommission: Performance-based commission on enhancements and new businessBenefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Company Vehicle
