Front Office Lead

About the Position Job Location: Studio City GSM – Studio City, CA 91604. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.00 hourly. Responsibilities All aspects of the front office including check‑in, check‑out, insurance verification, answering phone calls, and collecting payments. Monitor provider schedules for gaps or inaccuracies and correct scheduling issues. Help minimize patient no‑show rate by completing or supervising effective appointment confirmations. Train and give feedback to schedulers, both on‑site and remote, concerning provider schedules. Verify that all insurance verifications are completed prior to patient appointments. Manage front office staff for training, performance, and HR issues, ensuring coverage and optimal efficiency. Assist providers with simple coding questions or with verifying insurance coverage for procedures. Identify and implement improvements to the practice. Act as a communication liaison between the back and front office staff to create a cohesive workflow. Qualifications Self‑motivated and able to work independently in fast‑paced environments. Experience in customer service and ability to assist patients in a friendly and courteous manner. Excellent communication skills and organization to coordinate among several offices to provide outstanding patient care. Basic understanding of medical terms and processes, including HIPAA regulations and insurance registration.
