Join a rapidly expanding physician owned practice specializing in skilled nursing and post-acute care services. This role is for an Advanced Practice Provider looking to work in skilled nursing facilities, physical medicine & rehabilitation, orthopedics, and geriatrics settings.

The Opportunity:
- 100% Outpatient role
- $135,000 - $165,000 Guaranteed Base Salary + wRVU * Dependent on candidate qualifications
- Extremely flexible schedule with no call, nights, or weekends required
